Infinite Card Activation Guide

After purchasing a card, you can proceed to apply for card activation.

Click the menu in the top-right corner and select Account Center to enter UPAY.

For first-time login, email binding is required.

Provide KYC to activate the card.
After logging into the app, select “Card Management” → “Apply Now” → “Physical Card”, then fill out the form.

When applying for the card, users must provide complete information, including:
last name / first name, date of birth, nationality, residential address, postal code, phone number, ID type, ID number, issuing country, expiration date, etc., and upload clear and valid ID photos.

Common Error Messages

• Residential address has fewer than 11 characters → Please enter a valid address.

• ID has expired or photo is blurry → Upload a clear and valid ID.

• Name does not match ID information → Ensure consistency and resubmit.
