Upay Card Application Guidelines

To ensure your account security and successful identity verification, please follow the guidelines below when submitting your KYC documents:

📸 1. Selfie Requirements

1. Do not use beauty filters or editing apps; keep your face natural and clear.

2. Ensure sufficient lighting and facial clarity. Avoid backlight or dark environments.

3. Do not wear hats, sunglasses, or masks. Your face must be fully visible.

4. Your eyebrows and forehead must be completely visible — do not cover them with hair or shadows.

5. Follow on-screen instructions for the required selfie posture (e.g., holding ID, signed paper, etc.).

🪪 2. ID Document Requirements

1. Place your ID horizontally on a flat surface and take the photo from above, straight and aligned.

2. The ID must be photographed directly (no photocopies, screenshots, or screen photos).

3. Ensure there is no glare, blur, or obstruction; all text and photos must be clearly visible.

4. All four corners must be visible and not cropped.

5. The document must be within the validity period.

6. For double-sided IDs (e.g., ID card), upload both sides; for passports, upload the information page with signature.

    

🏠 3. Address and Form Filling

1. Address information must be filled out in English (Do not use  any other language).

2. Do not include special characters (e.g., #, @, *, !, ~, ?).

3. The address must match the uploaded proof of address (e.g., ID card, passport, or bank statement).

4. All information must be accurate, complete, and consistent with your ID.

1. If your submission does not meet the requirements, it will be automatically rejected.

2. Review usually takes 1–3 business days. Please wait patiently.

3. If rejected multiple times, please contact online support for assistance.
