Apply to Activate Your Golden Pact Card

Step 1: Log in to Your Account

Copy the App login link, click the button, or download the Android/iOS App to log in.
Use the email bound to your account and the initial password sent to you, or log in with a verification code.

Step 2: Fill in and Submit Identity Information

After logging in, go to Card Management → Apply Now → Physical Card, then complete the form.

When applying for the card, you must provide full information such as:
Last name / First name, Date of birth, Nationality, Residential address, Postal code, Phone number, ID type, ID number, Issuing country, Expiry date, etc.
A clear and valid photo of your identification document must also be uploaded.

📋 Common Errors:

• Name not in uppercase English → Please enter your name in English.

• ID expired or photo unclear → Please upload a clear and valid ID.

• ID address not in English → ID address must be filled in English; mailing address has no restrictions.

  

Before submitting the activation application, you must enter your authorization code.
The system will validate the code:

• If valid → You may submit for pre-review.

• If already used → Click “Get Authorization Code” to obtain a new one, then return and submit again.
