How to Trust Enterprise Certificate (iOS Guide)

If you are installing the Upay iOS version for the first time, you may see the message “Untrusted Enterprise Developer”. This is normal. Please follow the steps below to complete the trust authorization.

Shortcut: Tap “Go to Trust” on the Download Page

If you downloaded from the official Upay download page, you may see a quick link:

👉 “Go to Trust”

Tapping it will automatically open:

Settings → General → VPN & Device Management → Enterprise App

Just tap “Trust” to complete the setup.

Step 1: Open Settings

Go to your iPhone Home Screen → tap Settings

Step 2: Go to General

Scroll down → tap General

Step 3: Find “VPN & Device Management”

Scroll to the bottom and look for:

• VPN & Device Management
  (Some devices may display “Profiles & Device Management”)

Tap to enter.

Step 4: Select the Enterprise App

Under Enterprise App, you will see the developer for Upay:

Etisalat-Emirates Telecommunications Corporation

Tap the developer name.

Step 5: Tap “Trust”

On the certificate page:

1. Tap “Trust”

2. A confirmation prompt will appear → tap “Trust” again

Step 6: Done — Open Upay App

Once trusted, you can return to the Home Screen and launch the Upay app normally.
