To ensure the security of your funds, Upay physical cards must have a withdrawal PIN set before using ATM withdrawal services.
How to Set the PIN
Please open Account Center and follow the steps below:
1. Log in to Your Upay Account
Tips:
The login email is the email address you bound when purchasing the card.
The initial password was automatically sent to this email during the binding process.In addition to password login, you may also click “Verification Code Login” in the lower-right corner and log in using a one-time verification code.
2. Select the Card to Set the PIN
After entering Account Center, go to “Card Management” from the bottom menu.
Select the card for which you want to set the PIN, then click “Reset PIN” to enter the setup page.
3. Set the Card PIN
Before setting the PIN, you must verify that you are the cardholder.
Please complete identity verification using an email verification code.
After successful verification, you can set a new card PIN.
Notes:
To ensure compatibility with ATM keypads, the PIN must be 6 digits.
Do not use 3 or more identical or consecutive numbers.
In some regions, ATM machines or POS terminals may only require a 4-digit PIN.
In such cases, please enter the first 4 digits of your 6-digit PIN.
