Adjustment to Card Purchase Commission Policy

Dear Upay Users,

Upay will implement a new rule for the card purchase commission mechanism starting from October 23, 2025, at 10:00 (UTC+8):
Inviters who have not activated their own cards will no longer receive commissions for card purchases, and no retroactive commissions will be issued.

At the same time, to further improve fairness, transparency, and timeliness, after this upgrade, the card purchase commissions will be directly distributed to the inviter’s wallet address. Please check accordingly.

Details

1. Regarding the distribution of historical card purchase commissions
Commissions that were generated before this system upgrade but not yet distributed will be gradually settled and issued to inviters’ U Card accounts by October 31, 2025.
Log in to the Upay App, go to the “Me” section, and check “My Services” to view the credited amount.

2.Subsequent commission reward plan
After the inviter has activated their card, commissions for card purchases or deposits made by invited friends will continue to be distributed according to the reward plan.
