Step 1 Activate Card
Log in to Upay using the email and password registered when opening your card.
You can log in via the web version or directly open the downloaded app.
After logging in, select “Card Management” from the navigation bar to enter the card management interface.
Find the inactive card in the card list and click the “Activate” button to start the activation process
.
In the pop-up window, enter your card number (found on the back of the card), then click “Activate Now.”
Once activated, the card status will display “Card Activated,” and it will be ready for use.
Step 2: Top Up Assets
Click “Top Up Assets” on the homepage.
Select the corresponding blockchain to top up your assets. Copy the deposit address generated by the system, open your wallet or exchange, and transfer funds to that address.
⚠️ Note:
You must select the BSC chain when making the transfer. If you use another chain or enter an incorrect address, the platform will not be responsible for any resulting loss of funds.
After the deposit is successful, return to “My Services” and click “USD” to view the deposit details.
Step 3: Asset Transfer
On the homepage, select the “Asset Transfer” function to enter the asset transfer page.
Enter the amount you wish to transfer to the card, confirm the amount is correct, and click “Next.”
The system will display a summary of your top-up information. Double-check the amount and card details.
Once confirmed, click “Submit,” and the system will automatically deduct funds from your wallet balance and complete the top-up.
💡 Tip:
After a successful top-up, the funds will be instantly transferred to your selected card for spending or transactions.
Funds Inquiry Instructions
In “My Services,” you can check your wallet balance.
In “Home,” you can view your total account balance.
In “Card,” you can check your bank card balance and transaction details.
