To further enhance system stability and user experience, Upay completed a system upgrade and data optimization on October 5, 2025, at 23:00 (HKT). This upgrade introduces a new commission settlement mechanism to ensure all payouts are fair, transparent, and accurate.
1. System Upgrade Details • System performance and data services have been optimized. The card purchase feature has reopened with deposit support added. • Upay App login and related services are fully operational. • New “Card Activation Commission” and “Deposit Commission” are now live with automatic settlement.
2. Commission Distribution Plan • All users who have completed card activation or deposits will have their commissions distributed to their inviter’s UCard account within 24 hours. • Before October 15, inviters who have not yet activated their cards will be pre-registered for commissions and automatically receive them once eligible. • After October 15, the supplementary commission feature will be closed, and no retroactive payments will be made.
