What should I do if my card is lost?

If your card is lost, please cancel the card immediately and apply for a new one to protect your account and funds.

1. Cancel the Card Immediately

Please follow the steps below to cancel the card:

1. Go to [Card Management]

2. Select the card you wish to cancel

3. Click [Cancel Card] to complete the cancellation

Once canceled, the card will be deactivated and cannot be used again.

2. Purchase a New Card

After cancellation, the card cannot be restored.
Please purchase a new card through official channels.

3. Activate the New Card

After purchasing the card, follow the instructions to activate the card before use.
